Market Collective, the wonderful addition to the local arts scene that takes place in Kensington, will reconvene June 25 & 26th at the old Ant Hill building on the corner of 10st and 2nd ave NW. Come join in this wonderful expression of artists, artisans, musicians, and other cool local cultural additions.

The every other month local artist showcase is coming back to Kensington this weekend! Market Collective is an independent market created to showcase the works of local artists, artisans and musicians and to strengthen the art community in Calgary.

On Sunday I had the chance to stop in at the Plaza and take in the Calgary Society of Independent Filmmakers 30th Anniversary member night screening special.
